Hailing from Fontana, he served as master of ceremonies at the Cathedral and for the diocese of Gozo since 1985. Six classrooms at the Sacred Heart Minor Seminary have been refurbished, with new fire-proof doors, interactive whiteboards, curtains and whitewashing.The library was also given a major facelift.
